Shakti: The power within you
In
Hinduism, "Shakti" refers to the divine feminine energy, sometimes
personified as a goddess. This idea is essential to many Hindu traditions, and
Shakti is seen as the dynamic, creative, and powerful force that permeates the
entire cosmos. The word "Shakti" is derived from the Sanskrit root
"shak" which means "to be able" or "to empower."
The
Essence of Shakti:
Imagine Shakti as the life force that breathes energy and
vibrancy into the universe. I believe Shakti is the cosmic architect.
The purest form of energy is not a distant force but an intimate presence,
resonating within every heartbeat, every gust of wind, and every ripple in the
ocean.
I believe Shakti is the guidance to navigate your energies wisely, It’s a power that gives us the unwavering courage to face challenges. It empowers us to live authentically and embrace the extraordinary in the ordinary.
I believe that in our daily life all the rituals we do, whether it
is chanting any devotional hymn or focusing on a universal connection by doing
some meditative practices, lets us develop a habit that is a medicine/ drug to our
body and mind.
The power within you
Do you realize how special you are? If not, let me assure you –
yes, you are. We are all unique, different, and beautiful just the way we are.
However, what we truly need to recognize is the power within us. Yes, I am
saying it right – the power is WITHIN YOU. We all need to discover it by
allowing ourselves the peace our minds need to nurture our souls.
Meditation and Shakti
In the realm of self-discovery, meditation emerges as the key to
awakening dormant spiritual energy, often known as Kundalini Shakti. We embark
on a transformative journey through regular meditation, activating and elevating
this profound energy. The result? Spiritual growth, heightened awareness, and a
deeper connection with our inner selves.
In the end, we must not forget what Rumi said “If everything
around you seems dark look again you may be the light” Hence you matter not to the world but to yourself first.
